Our rising star, actress Kim So Eun who enjoyed a tremendous amount of love from “Boys Over Flowers” popularity, is featured on this month’s edition of SidusHQ online magazine, Magazine [i (ai)] along with a bouquet of red roses.
For this month’s “Star News” corner, SidusHQ interviewed her and talked about her turning 20 and leaving her teenage years. It’s similar like when someone turns the age of 18, or when Jewish children turn from youth to adult as they celebrate their Bar Mitzvah. Kim So Eun mentioned, “I don’t know how I’ll be as an adult, but thanks to the people around me, I feel like I have to be aware (of the responsibility). My parents are still nervous about letting me have the kind of responsibility of an adult. But I’ll pray it’ll be an exciting year.”
As for the gifts she hopes to receive, Kim So Eun said, “Since I love photography, it’d be nice to get a nice camera as a gift. I also would like to travel to Greece, as there are a lot of things from the ancient civilization that I’d want to touch and see.”
Kim So Eun also mentioned, “I want to congratulate all of my friends that have already turned 20. May they enjoy the happiest age with joy and hope.”
She’s currently working on two projects; a new movie “4-hour of mystery zone” and new KBS2 drama, “The man who can’t get married” (airing mid-June). In addition, she’ll be attending Korea International Youth Film Festival June 3-6, as she’s appointed as their youth ambassador.
